I love how a few drops of these potent oils can have such a dramatic and effortless impact on one's life.
Today, in our world of high stress and frantic time pressures it is so often the case that we do not make time for ourselves and our bodies, the result is frequently, niggling little complaints that conventional remedies, just mask the symptoms to give ongoing relief.
Having worked in a high pressured environment, I know the longer term effects of poor sleep, muscular tension and stress on our bodies, so chose to create some blends that are so easily incorporated into our daily lives.
Aromatherapy treatments
I still remember the bliss of my first aromatherapy massage, I floated for the rest of the day as I had opted for a complete relaxation treatment and I aim to provide the same results for you, if that’s what you choose.
Before a therapy session commences, we will spend some time talking about what you would like to achieve and what are your needs at this moment in time. I will then select and blend essential oils to create a personal blend just for you, it is this unique blend which is the secret of a wonderfully therapeutic treatment, rather than a pre-blended product that is used in many beauty salons.
I know the benefits of complete relaxation and each session will last over one hour with time to rest afterwards. Each treatment is held in a private room in my home, guaranteeing complete rest and relaxation.

Therapeutic Blends
Each of my products contain only pure essential oils and have been blended into bubble baths, shower gels and shampoos, that are made from naturally derived ingredients and do not contain chemical perservaties, but are aimed just to give ease of application and therefore do not have a long shelf life and are mixed upon order.
