Bespoke Blends

Everybody has a unique life story which will have had an impact on their body and emotional health. As we get older, the signs of our story start to show through niggling symptoms or more uncomfortable aches, pains, digestive complaints, skin complaints or more specific problems like arthritis. Many of us have stressful jobs, that demand long hours and leave little, if any time for a visit to a therapist or doctor to get help and several visits just adds more pressure!

Last year, one of my Personal Trainers, Rufus Bradshaw at ICAN Personal Training in Wilmslow asked if I could help. Several clients and himself had been quite under the weather with a viral infection and had been to the doctors to no avail. The doctor had prescribed antibiotics, but as the problem was viral the treatment had been unsuccessful, so as they were suffering with joint and muscle pain Rufus asked if the essential oils would help. I blended together, Melissa, Manuka and Ravensara essential oils which synergistically resolved the virus, muscle and joint pain and within a couple of days left the men feeling back in peak health.

Another friend had been sleeping badly for months and was frequently disturbed by nausea and vomitting. A simple blend of Immortelle and Rose Otto in just one application gave immediate relief and the first night's sleep in months.

I mention these two examples as it was through helping these friends and clients that I came up with the idea of Bespoke Blends as they do not have the time, due to work pressures to visit a therapist but could enjoy and receive the benefits of the blends in their own time but also continue the use over a period of several days/weeks until relief was obtained.

I will conduct a thorough case history with you over the telephone, or preferrably skype and to build up a detailed picture of your lifestyle and past history and that will then enable me to blend a therapeutic mix of essential oils, mascerated oils and base products that will serve you so are able to apply these yourself. The blend/s will then be sent to you in the first class post or guaranteed delivery, whichever is preferrable to you.
