You know those days when you just cannot keep a smile off your face - how light you feel in yourself and your body? Or the days, when you feel sad, angry, anxious, or just plain fear of what lies ahead? How does your body feel then?

All emotions create a vibrational state within us and within our horses. Every cell has a vibration, even a piece of concrete and therefore, every one of the cells in our bodies is continually moving and it is this movement, which is the vibration. If the vibration is lower, due to fear, anger or sadness then it creates that heavy, tired feeling that slows us down and we need laughter or a higher vibration to restore the natural rhythm of energy.

Essential oils are not just nice smelling oils, they are a high vibrational matter that horses are instinctively drawn to. They are like a vibrational key, where there is a lower vibration, then the oil molecules link up with emotional processes in the body and create a beautiful synergistic reaction and raise the cell's vibration.
